Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients. You will ensure a smooth experience from scheduling through follow-up, coordinating mobile diagnostic visits and managing patient communications.

• Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
• Coordinate mobile diagnostic service visits
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
• Greet patients and ensure comfortable experience
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with clinical staff and referring offices

• High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in healthcare setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
